Subject Features:
Phonics Programme is integrated in the English Curriculum for P.1 to P.2 to get students familiar with the speech sounds, skills of blending and so to enhance their ability in pronunciation and spelling.
School-based Literacy Programme (LP) is provided for P.1 to P.3 students to learn English from reading to writing. Incorporated with the elements of positive education and STEM, students are able to extend their learning experience across curriculum in the medium of English.
Integrated Programme (IP) is designed for P.4 to P.6 students to increase their confidence in the language through enhancing their oral skills and writing ability in various learning activities.
Home Reading Programme is implemented in all P. 1 to P.6 levels to foster student's independence and motivation to learn from reading.
